Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated OMAT Registered Nurse to join our team at Denver Health. As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, you will be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team committed to providing top-quality care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and administering medication. Essential Functions

  • Assess individual, family, and community health needs.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and reports.
  • Monitor patient symptoms, conditions, and vital signs.
  • Adjust and develop patient care plans accordingly.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and support healthcare personnel.
  • Provide health education to patients and families.
  • Administer nursing care and medication.
  • Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • 1-3 years of direct patient care experience.
  • BLS/CPR and RN license required.
  • Proficiency in medical equipment usage.
  • Ability to maintain effective communication and relationships.
  • Experience with EPIC documentation preferred.
