Join our rapidly expanding telecommunications construction company as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee Support Services operations, participate in business planning, and support the President in various staffing and personnel functions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage day-to-day business operations.
  • Collaborate with key managers to enhance business practices.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to staff members.
  • Improve Support Services efficiency through policy and process enhancements.
  • Support the President in organizational tasks.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements
