Job Description
We are looking for an Outside B2B Sales Consultant to join the Trade Sales Team at Pella Windows and Doors Northland. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Builders, Contractors, Architects, and Trade organizations. Your primary focus will be on generating high-volume, profitable sales, driving market penetration, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in relationship-based sales with various industry stakeholders.
- Generate high-volume, profitable sales and drive market penetration.
- Build a portfolio of clients by reaching out to prospective customers and explaining the benefits of partnering with Pella.
- Manage and leverage relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent Pella at industry events and company-sponsored activities.
Qualifications
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer focus and computer aptitude.
- Positive energy, teamwork mentality, and desire to excel.
- Results-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
- Construction background and related sales experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
