Job Description - Awake Overnight Counselor (Overnight Direct Care Support Youth Professional)

We are hiring a dedicated Overnight Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Plymouth, NH. In this role, you will provide overnight supervision and support to young individuals in a safe and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities include assisting with bedtime and wake-up routines, conducting bed-checks, offering crisis support, and facilitating positive interactions with residents. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the personal growth and stability of our residents during critical nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime and wake-up routines.
• Conduct bed-checks and provide crisis support.
• Engage with students in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Facilitate the residential routine and programmatic activities.
• Document service delivery and incidents accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or 60 college credits OR equivalent experience with children.
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
