Part-Time Server

Job Description

The Alotian Club is looking for a Part-Time Server to join our team of professionals. If you have a Guests First attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing elevated service, we want to hear from you. This position offers the opportunity to work in a luxury golf club environment and be a part of creating exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Have complete knowledge of the menu and beverages, provide fine dining service, and craft high-quality cocktails.
• Learn members' names and preferences to personalize their experience and provide exceptional service.
• Bill member charges accurately using the point of sale system and communicate any dining issues promptly to management.
• Follow food handling procedures, provide in-person refreshments to golfers, and assist with other duties as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Previous bartending or fine dining service experience is a plus.
• Experience in a club setting would be beneficial.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
