Job Description

We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our team in Columbia Falls. As the Parts Manager, you will oversee the workflow in the parts department to ensure timely and profitable operations. If you have a passion for cars and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Manage parts department workflow efficiently.
• Fulfill parts requests promptly.
• Receive, verify, and label incoming parts accurately.
• Organize storage facilities and parts storage areas.
• Handle parts returns and track return credits.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping for accurate invoice coding.
• Monitor backordered parts and inform customers accordingly.
• Participate in continual education as assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year of management experience.
• Great communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Computer and typing skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable with no physical limitations.
