Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding billing and insurance.
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to provide culturally competent care.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Creole is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma required.
