Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding billing and insurance.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide culturally competent care.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Creole is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to use technology effectively and handle various administrative tasks.
