Pediatric Emergency and Urgent Care RN PT Nights

Job Description

We are looking to add a Pediatric Emergency and Urgent Care RN for part-time night shifts to our dedicated team at Denver Health. As part of our Pediatric Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, or communities to identify health or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Monitor and report symptoms, changes in patient condition, and vital signs.
• Modify patient treatment and care plans based on patient responses.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate and improve patient care.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and reassess patient conditions.
• Promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• Less than 1 year of experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
• Valid BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Demonstrated knowledge of professional nursing practices and standards.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
