Territory

Serve in areas including Chickasaw, Saraland, Satsuma, Creola, Citronelle, and more, as well as PRN coverage up to Jackson, AL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based interventions and educate patients on home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Alabama PT licensure, home health experience (desired), excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and use EHR systems proficiently.
