Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and follow-up care to patients.
• Evaluate patients and develop customized care plans based on diagnosis.
• Accurately document patient care data and progress.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members and patients/families.
• Coordinate referrals to appropriate disciplines.
• Conduct in-service education and assist in orientation of new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy and state licensure.
• Minimum one year of therapeutic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy theory and practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to accept travel and varied work conditions.
