Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35-46 per hour
BoulderCentre for Orthopedics and Spine Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidates are committed to providing exceptional care, achieving superior patient outcomes, and continuously improving their skills and knowledge. As a Physical Therapist at BCOS, you will work with a diverse range of patients, incorporating hands-on treatment, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop rehabilitative programs to enhance mobility, manage pain, and improve strength.
- Collaborate with physicians to create tailored treatment plans.
- Provide manual exercises, instruction, and therapeutic interventions for patients.
- Administer physical therapy treatments following Colorado regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Contribute to discharge planning and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry developments and participate in training programs.
- Comply with legal and professional requirements.
- Contribute to the overall team performance and organization's mission.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
- Five years of practical experience, preferably in orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist license and CPR certification.
