Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) to join our team at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring a positive rehabilitation experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with access to progressive treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy with the support of local management.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
