Job Description
Physical Therapy Assistant
BoulderCentre for Orthopedics and Spine, Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated physical therapist assistants to join our team. We are expanding and looking for professionals committed to providing quality care and exceptional patient outcomes. As a physical therapy assistant at BCOS, you will work with a diverse range of patients, both operative and non-operative, requiring hands-on care, teamwork, and innovative solutions. This full-time position requires a Colorado license.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with treatment plans and documentation.
- Instruct and support patients with exercises and modalities.
- Apply various treatments to improve patient functionality and alleviate pain.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners and patients for effective care.
- Document patient information in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Colorado PT Assistant license and CPR certificate.
Performance Requirements
Knowledge: PT principles and BCO policies.
Skills: Communication and clinical problem-solving.
Abilities: Administer treatments, adapt exercises, and establish effective relationships.
Work Environment
This role operates in the patient physical therapy gym within an orthopedic practice.
Physical Requirements
Constant movement, lifting, and patient support. Must follow CDC guidelines and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
