Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a dedicated Residential Portfolio Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties. The ideal candidate will be tasked with achieving revenue growth, maintaining occupancy levels, and ensuring clients' asset performance expectations are met. By fostering a talented and inclusive team, the Portfolio Manager will create exceptional living experiences for residents and team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to manage a portfolio of large Class A and B residential properties.
- Drive revenue growth and occupancy goals.
- Mentor team members to provide exceptional service to residents and communities.
- Uphold CRMG's core values of honesty, integrity, and innovation.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Five years of multi-family portfolio management experience.
- Expertise in Landlord/Tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and labor regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in property management software; experience with Entrata is beneficial.
