Pre-Licensed Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our team at St. Davids Center. The Preschool Aged Day Treatment program offers comprehensive services including day treatment and mental health outpatient services. In this role, you will conduct family and individual psychotherapy sessions, oversee day treatment operations, and provide vital support to families both in-center and through telehealth services. Clinical supervision is provided, and you will report to the Program Supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our employees and offer competitive pay starting at $59,760 - $66,050 per year for full-time positions, based on qualifications. External applicants are eligible for a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid in increments upon hire, at 6 months, and at 1 year.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree in the mental health field and eligibility for clinical supervision towards licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Compliance with licensure or board certification requirements as a mental health professional, including supervised practice in delivering mental health services for mental illness treatment.
