Precision Machining & Inspection Blisk - 3rd Shift

We are looking for a Precision Machining & Inspection Blisk candidate to join our team. You will operate precision machine tools, perform machine-control offsets, conduct mathematical calculations, use precision inspection tools, and support plant machinery initiatives. This role requires technical qualifications and experience in advanced machine tool operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate precision machine tools/equipment.
• Perform machine-control offsets for close tolerance production.
• Use inspection tools and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Support plant machinery initiatives and maintain documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Technical Certificate related to machine tool operations.
• 1-2 years of experience in advanced machine tool operations.

Desirable Qualifications

• Proficiency in precision manufacturing machine tools.
• Experience in machine offsets, blueprint interpretation, and mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
