Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Preinstallation II Tech - Configuration/Remanufacturing to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role involves performing pre-installation, equipment setup, and maintenance tasks following established standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop technical skills through training programs and on-the-job experience. Additionally, the position involves assisting in various logistics tasks and supporting the training of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation configurations on assigned machines meeting established benchmarks.
• Maintain monthly average labor time for service calls and achieve accountability targets.
• Ensure high-quality work and adherence to standards at all times.
• Stay updated on Canon technical certifications and communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in repair and maintenance activities on used equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training.
• Proficient in configuring multi-function devices and obtaining required technical certifications.
• Good understanding of personal computers, software applications, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow established procedures.
