Press Room, Set Up & Operate - 2nd Shift

Join the team at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC, a renowned supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry. We are currently looking for a skilled individual to fill the position of Press Room, Set Up & Operate on 2nd Shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection on parts, record lot information, and ensure traceability.
• Adjust equipment settings for blanking and piercing operations.
• Utilize production tooling and equipment efficiently.
• Follow job instructions, select appropriate tooling, and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain equipment, perform first piece inspection, and ensure production meets standards.
• Inspect materials, perform process inspections, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct minor equipment maintenance and adhere to safety regulations.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• 2-5 years' experience in machine operation and maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
