Job Description

We are looking for a talented Principal Product Owner to join Discover Financial Services, a leading digital banking and payments company. As a Principal Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in delivering outcomes that meet stakeholder and customer requests, aligning with product vision, features, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include establishing KPIs, defining non-functional requirements, building product backlog, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business.
• 6+ years' experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years' relevant experience.

Bonus Points

• Experience with card personalization EMV standards.
• Manufacturing exposure for print or plastics.
