Product Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Support Engineer to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of aerostructures located near Baltimore, MD. As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support for nacelle components, ensuring customer operational success and product safety. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with global partners, and contribute to the advancement of current and next-generation products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance, repair, and operation of advanced composites and metallic components.
• Analyze and respond to customer technical inquiries based on maintenance manuals and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address in-service problems and enhance product reliability.
• Generate structural repairs for field damage cases in coordination with the Repair Engineering team.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical publications and instructions.
• Participate in technical reviews and present data to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Three or more years of experience in engineering or technical customer support.
• Knowledge of nacelle hardware, aviation industry practices, and engineering technology.
