Program Manager Maintenance and Reliability

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager Maintenance and Reliability to join Agropur, one of the world's largest dairy producers. In this role, you will lead and facilitate plant improvement activities, support maintenance and reliability programs, contribute to skills development, and define maintenance performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include optimizing maintenance plans, implementing management processes, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in industrial maintenance and reliability programs.
• Proficiency in office suite, reporting tools, and CMMS software.
• Experience in change management and Lean Manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% in the US.
