Property Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of assigned residential properties, ensuring full economic potential, excellent resident services, and effective communication as part of our Nationwide team.

Primary Duties

Leasing

• Represent Nationwide professionally at all times.
• Maximize property occupancy.
• Utilize effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date waiting lists.
• Review tenant applications and complete move-ins/move-outs efficiently.

Financial Operations

• Understand and meet financial goals.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Collect rents and other payments timely.
• Monitor property budget and handle expenses.
• Manage evictions process when necessary.

Property Maintenance

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the property.
• Monitor property condition and coordinate repairs.
• Schedule maintenance and supervise staff.
• Conduct regular unit inspections and arrange for repairs.

Requirements

• 3 years' property management experience or relevant degree.
• Knowledge of Project Based Section 8 and RealPage software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation

$23-25 per hour.
