Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, manage property occupancy, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle resident issues, and coordinate resident activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, financial reporting, and property budget.
• Carry out Human Resources functions and assist other properties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of apartment regulations, Yardi software, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
