PROS Program Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PROS Program Supervisor to lead site management responsibilities at our behavioral health clinic. The role involves overseeing support staff, consultant clinicians, and prescribers, as well as managing multiple on-site programs and facility matters. This position is critical in serving forensically connected clients from various referral sources, requiring an interest in working with adults dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, training, and supervision of employees.
• Oversee the clinical work of staff, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide consultation and supervision to staff members.
• Maintain a case load as part of the role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in program management and supervision. A valid LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW license is required, along with at least two years of full-time direct service experience in behavioral health, including at least one year of clinical supervisory experience. Experience in providing individual and group treatment is essential. Additionally, possession of a valid NYS Driver License is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office products and Cerner electronic health records is preferred.
