At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager (CNA or PSS) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships with our residents, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Create a supportive and enriching environment for residents through various activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services to residents and guests.
• Collaborate with the community team to develop and execute Individualized Service Plans.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrate good judgment, and make sound decisions.
• High school diploma or GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
