Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health on a full-time basis working midnights. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in general radiology, ensuring the highest quality images for interpretation. Your role will involve adhering to radiation protection principles, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our department.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper procedures and safety measures.
- Obtain patient history and monitor patients during procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment effectively and communicate with medical staff.
- Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
- Participate in training new staff and students.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
