Region Sales Manager (U.S.)

Job Description

GIW INDUSTRIES, INC. is looking for a Region Sales Manager to oversee the U.S. West territory. Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales, market development, and service opportunities for KSB slurry and non-slurry product lines within specified industry segments. Your primary goal is to drive company sales, profits, and market share growth while leading the existing sales representative network.

Responsibilities

• Develop region sales strategies and goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Maintain an effective and motivated sales representative network covering the region.
• Manage and control the region budget, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Expand partnership relations with customers through various programs.
• Be a technical specialist in slurry pumping, assisting customers with troubleshooting and solutions.
• Conduct sales calls with customers and prospects, leveraging company tools efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the US West, with knowledge of the mining market.
• Background in pumps/fluids handling and experience in selling through representatives/distributors.
