Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team at Apollo Behavior. In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, helping them achieve their full potential through applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of Behavior Analysts.
- Collect data throughout the day to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children, making learning fun and engaging.
- Offer feedback on client progress to Case Supervisors and write summaries of sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher with a willingness to learn Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Basic technology understanding and physical abilities to interact effectively with children.
- Coachable and able to serve as a positive role model for young clients.
