Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) on a Full Time, Nights basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring the best patient care by supervising the facility and guiding the nursing staff during the shift. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assure optimal patient care by supervising the Facility and directing nursing staff.
• Assist in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Supervise nursing services in alignment with regulations and facility policies.
• Provide support and supervision to Nurses during patient care.
• Handle and document employee issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
• Perform any other assigned duties related to patient care and facility management.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality nursing care to patients, adhere to regulations and policies, and display genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required yearly.
• Prior experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
