Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Cumberland County on a full-time basis. As an integral part of our team, you will apply nursing theories and concepts, coordinate patient care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the hospice team.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team.
• Participate in IDT meetings and quality reviews as scheduled.
• Ensure documentation of care meets reimbursement guidelines.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least one year of hospice nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care programs.
• CPR certification and ongoing education requirements.
