Job Description
Join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management as a REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) and play a vital role in ensuring top-quality patient care. As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate nursing services, and adhere to regulatory guidelines for the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the nursing staff during shifts to provide the best patient care.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
- Ensure compliance with nursing practices, facility policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle acute patient episodes and address employee issues promptly.
- Be responsible for on-call duties and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current, valid RN license.
- Prior experience in long-term care and geriatric nursing is desirable.
- CPR certification and a commitment to ongoing training and education.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and manage nursing staff effectively.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all relevant policies and regulations.
