Job Description
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in healthcare? Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is offering a full-time position for Registered Nurses (RN License Required) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
- Administer medications as ordered and according to facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds and care for patients during examinations and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments and maintain infection control measures.
- Assist with research related to nursing care quality.
- Assist with various administrative duties and patient assessments.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Genuine interest in geriatric nursing and providing quality patient care.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems with attention to patient safety.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in patient interactions.
