Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency.
- Possess a valid NC driver's license.
- National Certification (CHPN) recommended after two years of full-time experience in hospice nursing.
