Job Description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care following physician orders, state, and federal regulations, and facility policies. This is a full-time night position that offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality nursing care by adhering to medical orders and facility procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments as required.
- Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control measures, and assist with research on nursing care quality.
- Assist with admissions, patient physicals, and documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Provide compassionate geriatric nursing care, maintain CPR certification, and attend required training sessions.
- Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other departments.
- Strong decision-making skills in managing nursing-related issues and patient care.
