Job Description

Insight Surgical Hospital is looking for a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our medical staff at our Warren, Michigan location. As a PACU & Med Surgery Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering peri-anesthesia nursing, and ensuring a safe pre-op and post-op environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer peri-anesthesia nursing care to patients.
• Provide superior clinical care pre and post operatively.
• Supervise and guide PACU or pre-operative staff effectively.
• Interact professionally with colleagues to support a positive work culture.
• Communicate proactively and courteously at all times.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing and current Michigan licensure.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Previous experience in PACU, ambulatory care, or critical care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Detail-oriented, respectful, and flexible in challenging situations.
