Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Registered Nurses to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Battle Creek, MI. As a Registered Nurse in the Long-term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and addressing the needs of individuals requiring extended hospital stays.

Responsibilities of the RN Registered Nurse - Long-term Acute Care (LTAC):
- Receive admission and/or transfers to the unit
- Conduct initial and on-going systematic patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and families
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations
Credentials Required:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse RN experience
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution and active RN license required
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required
- Verifiable work history and professional references required
