Job Description
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team for full-time contract positions in Battle Creek, MI. The ideal candidates will provide care for patients requiring an extended hospital stay with a strong focus on patient well-being and efficient problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and respond to emergency situations following nursing standards.
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and families.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required.
- Strong work history and professional references.
