Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center. The RN Clinical Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on the unit during assigned shifts to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily activities on the unit.
- Provide excellent patient care and take on patient care assignments as needed.
- Act as a resource for other staff members on the unit.
- Maintain a high standard of nursing practice as per professional guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year of Med/Surg experience.
- Current RN license in the State of Georgia, BLS, ACLS certification.
- Advanced clinical expertise and effective communication skills.
