Job Description
If you are passionate about saving lives, Mid South Transplant is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Response Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits to donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN, to assess the suitability of potential organ and tissue donors. Your interactions with hospital and physician teams, evaluation of clinical data, and communication with off-site staff play a crucial role in facilitating organ and tissue donation.
Working Hours
Full-time position with 12 to 15 days per month and a 24-hour call schedule. Availability required for 2 weekends per month and some holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience as an RN in an ICU setting preferred, or Advanced EMT/Paramedic.
- Degree in a medical or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
- Salary range: $60,000 - $74,000 per year based on experience.
