Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a full-time, night shift, and become an essential part of our compassionate team. Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician's orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document appropriately.
- Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, and patient care.
- Maintain infection control measures and adhere to regulations.
- Assist in research related to nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a Registered Nurse license.
- Current and valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification and annual renewal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, patients, and families.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle nursing problems effectively.
