Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Campbell County Health, the leading healthcare provider in Wyoming. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure top-quality patient care and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, developing comprehensive care plans, implementing interventions, and educating patients and families. Additionally, you will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and provide education to patients and families.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement programs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an RN license in Wyoming.
• Prior experience in medical/surgical nursing is preferred.
• Certifications: CPR certification required; Specialty unit certification recommended.
