Job Description
We are currently seeking talented and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will provide care to patients in need of extended hospitalization, focusing on patient care and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Document accurately and promptly.
- Interpret diagnostic data and respond to emergencies.
- Promote quality improvement and patient education.
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF.
- Active RN license and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Solid work history and professional references.
