Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. This full-time position requires working night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality nursing care for patients in accordance with established guidelines.
- Administer medications as prescribed and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians with patient care and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control measures, and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Conduct research related to nursing care quality as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in geriatric nursing and maintain CPR certification.
- Participate in in-service training and staff meetings as necessary.
- Ability to work well with nursing personnel, other departments, patients, and families.
- Make critical decisions regarding patient care with utmost care and attention.
