Areas potentially available: Med/Surg, ED, Geri-Psych, Special Care Unit, ICU, OR, Ambulatory Care, Mother/Baby/L&D, and/or Nursery.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the comprehensive Nurse Residency Program to gain the necessary skills and confidence in the healthcare field.
- Engage in hands-on clinical experiences and educational sessions to develop a solid foundation for a successful nursing career.
- Collaborate with experienced nursing professionals to enhance your clinical knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Eligible for RN licensure in GA.
- Strong commitment to compassionate patient care and advocacy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
