Job Description

Primary Job Duties
- Assess and oversee Ambulatory Clinic functions daily.
- Ensure superior patient satisfaction and service.
- Manage staff positively and professionally.
- Resolve problems efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Facilitate staff training and competency development.
- Monitor staffing levels for safe and cost-effective care.
- Coordinate with Front Desk Supervisor for efficient patient flow.
- Maintain medical supply levels and complete charge reconciliation.
Job Specifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Licensure: Wyoming RN license.
- Experience: Ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; CPR certification.
- Requirements: Ability to lift 40 pounds, clear communication skills, and stress management.
