Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Bradley Creek Health Center under Liberty Healthcare Management. This full-time position involves providing quality nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility procedures, administering medications, and supervising nursing assistants. Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care for patients following physician's orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as prescribed and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians with rounds, patient care, and treatments.
- Document treatments, maintain infection control measures, and aid in research related to nursing care quality.
- Assist with new admissions, scheduling patient physicals, and ensure timely documentation.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid RN license in North Carolina.
- Provide quality nursing care, CPR certification, and attend required training.
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants, cooperate with healthcare teams, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail in nursing practice.
