Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Float (Inpatient) to join our team at Denver Health. As a float nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and promoting a positive patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess individual, family, and community health needs.
• Maintain detailed records and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Administer nursing care and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in patient care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and documentation systems.
