Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our team at Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As a Registered Nurse II, you will provide individualized patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of safe and effective care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Focus on holistic patient care including physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while upholding professional standards and accountability.
• Coordinate patient care services to improve outcomes and promote a healthy work environment.
