Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse II for our Neonatal ICU department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide personalized patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and effective treatment outcomes. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will focus on delivering patient-centered care that meets physical, emotional, and cultural needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care following nursing standards and practices.
• Interact with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient results.
• Coordinate care management principles for efficient service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• 3 12-hour night shifts per week, including weekends and holidays as per staffing guidelines.
