Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a rewarding position on the Med/Surg Unit. This role, located in Cambridge, MA, involves providing exceptional patient care during night shifts from 7PM-7AM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous hospital experience and possess the necessary qualifications to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical practices, treatments, and interventions.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients.
- Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and relevant state RN license.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adequate computer proficiency for job duties.
